AllenMay Salon and Spa 24 Hour cancellation/rescheduling policy

Dear Valued Clients,

We request a 24 hour notice to be given for the cancellation or rescheduling of any services.

This policy is in place out of respect for our Stylists/Specialists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please be advised, a credit card or gift certificate number may be required to reserve appointments at our discretion. We do not commonly charge a cancellation fee. However, abuse of our policy as described above, will result in a full service charge.
